Freak weather hits Mobius in minutes: blizzards, heatwaves and floods. Sonic notices weather gerbil Windy Wallis never misses a forecast and confronts her at the studio. She built a weather machine for revenge after Robotnik fell and turns a storm on him. He kicks rainwater into the device, spawning a tornado that flings her out before the machine explodes.
