1. Sonic · Roots, Part 2 #

   Sonic and the Chaotix fly from New Tek City to the Mandrake Swamp after Blockhead Bill and Society Max vanish. Root reveals that Bill failed to poison the city's water, then sends pliable mud creatures against the rescuers; a green one releases spores that finally put the heroes to sleep.

2. Amy · Prehistoric Ways #

   The Ring of Eternity sends Amy and Tekno to Planet Granite, where the peaceful Meek Tribe is being bullied by the Thickskulls. Amy's crossbow drives off one raid, but the travellers avoid fuelling an arms race and steer the two peoples towards a less violent solution over tea and cucumber sandwiches.

3. Knuckles · The Take-Over, Part 2 #

   Blinded and thrown from the Floating Island, Knuckles catches its underside and regains his sight, only for the rock and a vine to give way beneath him. A pipe and a hatch into the old tunnels save him from the fall, though a rush of bats sends him back outside; meanwhile Porker dispatches the Guardian Robots against the four intruders.

1. Sonic the Hedgehog · Girl Trouble, Part 1 #

   Robotnik's Troopers come for Amy Rose after she claims a connection to Sonic. Sonic and Johnny pursue her into the Special Zone, where their rescue attempt ends in capture.
