    Root holds Sonic and the Chaotix captive and demonstrates the Mind Roots that have enslaved Bill and Max. Sonic breaks free before one can take him, learns that Root wants New Tek City swallowed by the swamp, and escapes the controlled Chaotix rather than risk hurting his friends.

  2. Amy · Day of the Puppets #

    Amy and Tekno materialise aboard Astratraz during a revolt by its wooden prisoners. After the crew locks them up, Tekno appears to offer the Puppets a world to conquer; she instead guides their ship to Planet Terminus, where giant termites end the invasion and free the stranded crew.

  3. Knuckles · The Take-Over, Part 3 #

    Knuckles reaches the Floating Island's tunnels as the four thieves evade the Guardian Robots by altering their chameleon circuits. He catches Mr Beta off guard, but Mr Gamma slips a shock collar around his neck and Ms Alpha drops him with its remote before the gang continues its search.

  1. Sonic the Hedgehog · Girl Trouble, Part 2 #

    Robotnik plans to use Amy in a Super Badnik while Sonic and Johnny remain imprisoned. Their escape saves Amy and brings her into the Freedom Fighters as Grimer finishes Operation Metallix.
