Issue overview

The second chapters of The Return of Chaotix and The Graveyard lead into Star Struck, Kog the Mighty and the beginning of Brute Force. Five older strips now appear together, with a new selection of serials replacing the previous issue's Shortfuse story.

  1. Sonic the Hedgehog · The Return of Chaotix, Part 2 #

    Sonic races up the chain toward the metallised Miracle Planet with Porker and Chaotix, then spots wires under a scratch on Porker's skin: a Porker Metallix that shrugs off their combined assault. A Spin Attack overloads its death ray; Vector and Mighty Link-Ring the exploding impostor clear of the chain, and they free the real Porker below. Emperor Metallix emerges through the Main Viewer and shows Mobius already remade into machines and flame: the Brotherhood has rewritten history.

  2. Knuckles · The Graveyard, Part 2 #

    Poisoned Knuckles doubts the charging Kohenyu skeletons until their blows prove solid, then collapses as the Dryalid toxin wins. He wakes caged in a ribcage inside the Emerald Mine, and the Spirit recounts how Floating Island echidnas hunted the herd for food yet never knew only twenty males existed - the largest, slowest targets, wiped out until the species followed. Knuckles grasps his people's extinction of a race, and the Spirit decrees the price is due.

  3. Amy · Star Struck, Part 1 #

    Norris Wimple invites Amy and Tekno to a Fabian Vane concert. When trouble breaks out on stage, the pair become the star's bodyguards but begin to doubt his account of the fans pursuing him.

  4. Tails · Kog the Mighty #

    While protecting a demolition crew from Badniks, Tails accidentally revives Kog, one of Kintobor's old robots. After a misunderstanding, the fox helps give Kog a new role.

  5. Sonic's World · Brute Force, Part 1 #

    Commander Brutus dawns on the River City Zone, splits captives between his own shuttle and Metropolis Badniks, and earns Robotnik's praise for sharing the dictator's brainwaves - praise Brutus answers with a pointed vow to flatten every rival in reach. Later he collects portable brain scanners from Grimer, stuns the scientist, and copies Grimer's patterns so he can raise Badniks loyal only to himself.
