Original stories
Sonic the Hedgehog · Badniks Bridge, Part 2 #
Amy and Johnny reach Emerald Valley Bridge in the Tornado to find Sonic caged by an elite Special Badnik Service Trooper while a thruster convoy for Death Egg II rolls toward his mines. He spins the cage free, drops onto the biplane's wing, then unscrews the transporter's wheels so it cannot move. Amy's arrow detonates the abandoned mines, taking out thruster and bridge alike; at Launch Base, Robotnik vents his fury on Grimer and orders another thruster built at once.
Script: Nigel Kitching · Art: Casanovas, John M. Burns · Letters: Ellie de Ville

Streets of Rage · The Only Game in Town, Part 4 #
Sergeant Feroccio's police helicopter lifts Axel, Blaze, Max and Skates, aiming to clear the East River and leave gang turf behind. A rocket from a female gang member brings the chopper down onto a bridge; the fight resumes on the wreckage. Axel takes a savage stabbing from metal claws even as the others hold the line.

Knuckles · Carnival Night Conspiracy, Part 6 #
Knuckles clears the last Badniks with a spinning punch, then ignores Grouchio's threats and slams the fault line beneath Carnival Night Zone. Residual Chaos Emerald power briefly holds the Zone aloft before it plunges onto Emerald Hill below, delighting a boy whose mum had refused him a visit. The Marxio Brothers crawl from the wreck keen to flee Robotnik's wrath, while Knuckles sends the waiting guests off his island.
Script: Nigel Kitching · Art: Richard Elson · Letters: Elitta Fell
Reprinted in issue 177.
Marko's Magic Football · Marko's Magic Football, Part 4 #
Marko surfaces near a circus only to face a clown in Colonel Brown's pay and a sniper who drops him from behind. Captain Smirk's extra life brings him back; he floors both attackers with the magic football and charges toward Toy Tower. A female decoy ball lures his football away, leaving him alone against Brown's toy armies.
