Original stories
Sonic the Hedgehog · The Great Escape! Part 1 #
Generals Rust and Bucket report Emerald Hill deserted; Robotnik obliterates both and calls for bin bags. Disguised as Bob Beaky's circus, Sonic's team smash past Troopers to a Badnik Processing Plant holding thirty-five villagers. Inside, Billy's bolt fails under the Crocodile Overseer's whip just as five 'Badniks' shed their shells—Freedom Fighters ready for war.

Kid Chameleon · Back to Unreality! Part 2 #
As Skycutter, Casey weaves past the subway monsters until a frog-beast yanks him down and his runaway board buries them in rubble. A scrawled 'Beware Islecatraz' warning and the Voice's hint of 'the one thing you seek' send him to Midnight Graveyard, where claws and bats strip Skycutter's nerve; Casey sheds the mask and becomes skull-faced Juggernaut.
Script: Michael Cook · Art: Brian Williamson, Steve White · Letters: Tom Frame
Knuckles · Total Chaotix, Part 3 #
Metallixes lock Chaotix outside Omni's forcefield, download him onto a handheld device and vanish empty-framed. Nack still mistrusts Knuckles, yet the team races to the Egg Fortress; Emperor Metallix mutes Omni and begins forging a Pirate Omni-Viewer while Mighty's noisy smash sets every alarm screaming.
Script: Nigel Kitching · Art: Richard Elson · Letters: Elitta Fell
Reprinted in issue 181.
Sparkster · Last of the Rocket Knights! Part 3 #
Gedol means to marry Shelly, seize Sparkster's enchanted armour and dump him in the dungeons—but Sparkster overpowers his escorts and rockets free up the tower. Stubb mistakes Shelly for soup ingredients while Sparkster's armour snaps two palace guards out of Gedol's spell; he will need their help.
