Sonic the Comic #92
10 December 1996
Issue overview
Charmy faces his mother, the Queen, just as Vesper's Wasp Marauders attack the Hive. Sonic and Chaotix's visit turns into a defence of the bees' home in the second chapter.
Original stories
Sonic the Hedgehog · The Hive, Part 2 #
Vesper punches into the throne room; Sonic laps the chamber, strips every sting-weapon and spins the bully dizzy, then calmly offers surrender while he invents a plan. At the gate he races a tunnel into a hurricane that hurls the wasp host into the Special Zone; the bees seal the breach behind them. Tradition lets a Hive-saver name any favour - Sonic quietly frees Charmy, then swears the prince to secrecy lest Chaotix murder him for the kindness.

Captain Plunder · Shanghaied, Part 2 #
Fry batters Plunder's crew flat, then tenderises a hauled-up shark for the grill and erupts if anyone calls him Speckle. Simpson steers him to the galley; crispy steaks calm the Captain, who apologises for the plank until Fry shrugs that it was Speckle who walked it. Leftover Transforming Serum, Filch discovers, went down shark throats - and the enlarged pack now rings the hull.

Decap Attack · The Legend of Mr Cuddle Bunny, Part 2 #
Prof orders the hat prised from McTosis before the fortune follows the wearer; the scrum vanishes into Chuck's bandages until Bunny wriggles free with his snug heirloom restored. McTosis's sporran then speaks: inside rides Mr Timothy Twitch, once the Happy Hamster of Bunny's books, furless after a rare skin disease and convinced his old partner owes him everything.

Sonic's World · Head in the Clouds #
Robotnik learns Sonic is marooned in the Special Zone and rages not at the absence but that someone else achieved it; he orders Grimer a colossal self-portrait rocket to orbit Mobius and crush hope of the hedgehog's return - in two months, not six. Rushed launch ends in an instant crash; Grimer's dawn report blames cheap parts and skipped tests, yet the official broadcast must still cry sabotage. Being evil, Robotnik explains, sometimes means lying.
