Original stories
Sonic the Hedgehog · The Ultimate Nightmare #
Sonic clocks Super Sonic's shifted hands inside Omni - time slowed, not stopped - just as Mighty opens a stray chest of green nightmare smoke. Sidewinder's gang crawls out miniature, hunting the trapped demon as a slave; Sonic floors Lightmare, then Bio-Hazard's vomit soaks the lord instead. The villains shrink home with the antidote, leaving only a name: Nack the Weasel.

Reprinted in issue 209.
Knuckles · The Good, the Bad and the Echidna, Part 2 #
Backwater's Deputy Krouch cages Knuckles on Chito's word while Boss Krouch, the mayor and meat-monopolist, greets the prisoner with false concern. That night Chito and the Boss admit the stampede was their work; a leering mob hauls Knuckles toward a tree. A snapped rope and a furious Sheriff cut the lynching short before Knuckles can free himself.
Script: Nigel Kitching · Art: Nigel Dobbyn · Letters: Elitta Fell
Reprinted in issue 208.
Tails · Small Change #
Grimer's cousin Slimy tests a Reducing Ray on woodland Tails, shrinking him ant-small amid dew and insects. The fox slips inside Slimy's Hulko-Droid, rips its wiring, and grows back as the ray fires again. The beam bounces off shiny armour onto Slimy, who vanishes smaller than an atom - too tiny for Robotnik to notice.
Script: Lew Stringer · Art: Roberto Corona · Colour: Steve White · Letters: Tom Frame
Reprinted in issue 184.
Sonic's World · Future Shock, Part 3 #
Robotnik howls that the elderly Sonic is no time-traveller but a lab-grown clone aged too fast and stuffed with false memories. The duplicate turns, smashes Troopers, fetches the real Sonic and cocoons Robotnik's battle-craft in raw speed before collapsing into wrinkles. He flares into rising energy; Sonic forgives the fake who still bought them hope.
