Original stories
Sonic the Hedgehog · Space Race, Part 2 #
Amy learns to pilot Skorrg's damaged ship, but the Vargz racers still prepare to destroy it after Sonic loses the contest. Sonic boards the enemy vessel through its tractor beam, is briefly stunned, then joins forces with Turbo to overpower the crew and make them tow both ships back. The fugitives reach safety, unaware that Grimer has reported their movements to Robotnik, who is preparing a fresh attack.

Reprinted stories
Double Sonic · It's Raining Bananas #
Bananas begin to shower the Emerald Hill Zone and soon bury it. Sonic blames Grimer on Flickies' Island, where a missile machine with a faulty connection has been churning out fruit instead. He races the pile into a twister aimed back at the island just as Grimer smashes the device — and is buried in his own bananas. Locals offer Sonic a banana split; after today he cannot face one.

Tails · Zonerunner & The Flock, Part 4 #
While Sab's flock scrap with Tess Tube, Sol Furic and the security droids, Tails faces Nutzan Bolt alone and ducks into a building with twin-propeller pursuit hot behind. Panicked microputer shouts—polite British pleading included—make the door slam, reopen, then crush and finally decapitate Nutzan, whose head sprout-wheels and drives off. Bolt's own blasts have sealed the dam with melted construction bots; the flood is stopped, even if Tails never quite persuades anyone he meant the door trick.

Sonic the Hedgehog · Mystery of the Sandopolis Zone, Part 2 #
Captain Plunder cheers at raising the Lost Pyramid, until a Stone Guardian decrees death for the heresy and reforms each time Sonic smashes it; Knuckles lures the statue into quicksand instead. While the heroes regroup, the pirates slip inside, yank a chain for lights, and loot the tomb — then the ancient lamps fail and Hyudoro ghosts chase them out empty-handed. Knuckles breaks a seal so sand buries pyramid and treasure alike, opens a secret exit for himself and Sonic, and Plunder later spins the crew a wildly inflated ghost story.
