1. Sonic the Hedgehog · Voice of the People #

   Robotnik seethes in Citadel Robotnik until Sonic rings his private video-link, crowing over Death Egg and Metallix flop after flop and warning the dictator his days are numbered. Sector Alpha 34 then erupts - crowds brick and paint a giant Robotnik statue until SBS Troopers move in, only for Sonic and Tails to scatter them while a protestor blows the monument's feet and topples it cold. Grimer chirps that a replacement will stand within the week; Robotnik cares solely that his subjects dared to strike, and vows they will soon tremble at his name.

   First appeared in issue 77.

2. Knuckles and Tails · The Revenge of Trogg, Part 2 #

   Monster-Errol attacks with a sword; Knuckles ignores Warpull's order to stand aside and knocks the beast out for the stocks. Posing as Sonic to spare Tails embarrassment, he announces that the fox has a plan to free the Enchanter Kings. In Enchanted Battle Armour, Tails joins Knuckles on the Dimension Bridge toward the Land Beyond, still far from sure this is wise.

   First appeared in issue 60.

3. Double Sonic · Hot Legs #

   Emerald Hill's Bonfire Night Guy contest is upstaged by a gigantic wooden Robotnik from an 'anonymous overseas benefactor' — Robotnik himself. Grimer cracks the statue open to spill Badniks; Sonic races round the effigy until friction sets it ablaze and it topples onto the swarm Tails has herded beneath. The bonfire is a roaring success even if Robotnik's night is not.

   First appeared in issue 117.

4. Captain Plunder · Captain Plunder & His Sky Pirates, Part 3 #

   Filch and the Sky Pirates, half-unsure which captain they are rescuing, storm Highview after reading the Mobian Times and flatten the Trooper guards. Inside, Plunder and Simpson are already free of their chains; Simpson plucks a floating question mark from the air to pick the lock, then paints a black hole that swallows Mister Gullets. They enter Billy Gulch's twenty-year escape tunnel while Plunder insists they will claim they fought dozens of guards.

   First appeared in issue 49.

5. Sonic's World · Part 2: A Tale of Tails #

   The Kintobor Computer traces Super Sonic's emergence and Sonic's first meeting with Tails. Their earlier clash with Robotnik on the Death Egg leads back to the Emeralds' hiding place.
